Heyy Guys, Hope you all are healthy. I just remember about your mouth watering situation when its rainy outside and you expect tea and snacks by looking at tress through glass balcony. Is it??? Your wait is over my dear! I am here with easy and quick recipe...Follow me down-

INDIAN SPECIAL TEA WITH CAULIFLOWER SNACKS (CHAI PAKORA)-


1. Turn two gas flames on. Place one pan on one burner and one karhai(round shaped vessel) on the          other flame. 

2. Heat oil on the karhai and on the other pan heat 1 and half cup of water.

3. Make a thick batter of besan(gram flour). Add chopped cauliflower in it and salt according to your      taste.

4. Mix the batter well with water(form a thick consistency). Make small-small balls and place those        balls into hot oil. Wait till one side turns golden brown.

5. Simultaneously, add half cup of milk to that pan. With that add sugar, tea leaves, 1 bay leave to it.

6. Turn those snack ball and fry other side and simultaneously boil tea properly until it becomes light      brown in color.

7. Fry snack ball till it turns golden brown. Turn the gas burner off and take those pakora/ snack ball      out of oil. On the other hand, filter tea in a white color cup.

8. Awesome! Garnish those pakoras with corriander leaves and enjoy your rainy evening with tea-          pakora.
