Heyy Guys, Today I am going to discuss with you on a very interesting topic. As we all know that food is a compulsory part of our life. But due to laziness, we run away from kitchen and go for ordering most of the time. But here I am to help you out with some interesting tips and tricks.
CHICKEN KASHA (AUTHENTIC INDIAN STYLE):
1. Heat the pan on medium flame with refined oil or mustard oil.
2. Fry finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic on that.
3 When it will turn golden brown, add turmeric, red chilli powder, corriander powder, chicken masala powder, salt (according to taste) and yes powder of cinnamon, cardamon and cloves into that.
4. Fry raw chicken with the mixture on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Add tomato paste to it and again stir for 5 to 6 minutes.
6. Cover the vessel after adding 1 glass of water.
7. Again stir it for 2 minutes and cover the pan.
8. Turn the gas off after 5 minutes.
9. Serve hot with sprinkled green fresh corriander leaves.
